As the data controller, Golden Visa Services Company is committed to complying with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law on the Protection of Personal Data”). We would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data, the transfer of your personal data, the methods of data collection and their legal basis, as well as your rights under Article 11 of the Law.

Your personal data will be processed, recorded, stored, classified, updated, and, where legally permitted and in line with the purposes for which it was collected, disclosed or transferred to third parties in a lawful and fair manner.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data is processed in order to use the services provided by Golden Visa, in accordance with the fundamental principles set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law and related legislation. Processing is based on your explicit consent or other legal grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

The purposes for which Golden Visa processes personal data include the following:

Sharing information and fulfilling reporting and notification obligations with public institutions and authorized third parties

Carrying out visa application processes

Providing visa consultancy services

Ensuring the company’s activities comply with internal procedures or applicable laws

Managing customer relationship processes

Executing contractual processes

Monitoring business activities

Conducting communication activities

Evaluating inquiries and complaints

Fulfilling legal obligations related to the storage of documents and information

Performing financial and accounting tasks

Managing legal processes

Providing you with better and more reliable services in line with the conditions and purposes for data processing as set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed by our company through various channels, including the Golden Visa management center, branches and business partners, call centers, websites, other electronic platforms, social media, and other public sources. This processing may occur in written, oral, audio, or visual form, or within other physical or electronic environments.

We process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

Your explicit consent (for data processing activities specifically outlined in your consent form)

Legal necessity under national and international regulations (e.g., Regulation 767/2008 (EC) (VIS Regulation), Regulation 810/2009 (EC) (Visa Code), Council Decision 2008/633/JHA, Civil Code, Commercial Code, Tax Law, etc.)

Necessity for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

Necessity for the performance of a contract concluded with you or your company

Legitimate interests pursued by our company, provided they do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms

Your personal data will be processed by our staff in order to process your visa application and provide the services offered. Your personal data and visa applications will be transferred to and stored by the relevant mission. All of your personal data, including sensitive data, will be protected under the regulations applicable to the relevant mission.

Purpose of Transferring Personal Data to Relevant Parties

Your personal data, processed for the above purposes, may be transferred to the relevant mission, domestic and foreign regulatory and supervisory authorities, and public institutions, limited to the legal purpose they have requested, as well as authorized natural and legal persons, company consultants, auditors, and our service providers, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers, insurance companies, notary offices, banks, financial institutions, consulting firms assisting us in legal, financial, tax, and other areas, and authorized public and private entities. It may also be transferred to service providers who process personal data on our behalf, both domestically and internationally, in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data mentioned in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and the purposes stated above.

Rights of the Data Subject 

As the data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

To learn whether your personal data has been processed or not

To request information about the personal data that has been processed

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately

To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred

To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect

To request deletion or destruction of your personal data

To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom the data has been transferred

To object to the processing of personal data through automated means, which leads to a result against the individual

To request compensation for damages in case of harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

The personal data we collect and process must be accurate and, where necessary, up-to-date, as per Article 4 of Law No. 6698. Therefore, if there is any change in your personal data, you may notify us of your accurate and up-to-date information through the following methods.

You can sign the Personal Data Protection Law Request Form with an electronic signature or mobile signature that has the “Secure Electronic Signature” certificate according to Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, and send it to our registered email address “info@goldenvise.com.” Alternatively, you can use the previously registered email address in our systems and send it to our consultants at the following email addresses: “samiya@goldenvise.com,” “negar@goldenvise.com,” 

(We may request additional confirmations (such as sending a message to the registered email address or contacting you) to verify that the request belongs to you and to protect your rights. If the request is made by a third party on behalf of the data subject, the requester must provide a specific power of attorney issued by the data subject at a notary office.)

Your requests to our company will be answered in writing or electronically as quickly as possible, and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
