Contract:

This contract is made on the date of … between Golden Visa Company, registration number 92489-5, located at Sümer, Adnan Kahveci Street, No. 7B, 34025 Zeytinburnu/Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and Mr./Ms. …, national ID number …, residing at … (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), under the following terms:

Article 1 – Definitions:
1-1- Company:
Golden Visa Company (Private Joint Stock Company) refers to the company providing consultancy and/or intermediary services under this contract.

1-2- Client:
In this contract, the client refers to the individual benefiting from the consultancy and/or intermediary services.

Article 2 – Subject of the Contract:
Provision of consultancy services by the Company to the Client, including:

2-1- Providing information and consultancy to individuals seeking to apply for the Golden Visa.

2-2- Preparing and organizing the necessary forms required for the visa application.

Article 3 – Obligations of the Parties:

Clause 3-1: The Company shall, upon the Client’s request, provide information and consultancy services regarding the visa application process, passport, and other documents from the relevant embassy.

Clause 3-2: The Client may submit their application either in person or via a lawyer (in exceptional cases) to the relevant embassy after receiving consultancy services. If requested by the Client, the Company may also submit the visa application on their behalf. At this stage, the Company will also provide services for preparing and organizing the necessary forms and arranging appointments for submission to the relevant embassy.

Clause 3-3: The Client is obliged to pay for the consultancy and/or intermediary services provided by the Company. Payment for consultancy services shall be made after the Client’s approval of this service contract, using payment methods specified by the Company. After payment via bank transfer, EFT, webPOS, or cash, the relevant documents will be provided to the Client.

Clause 3-4: The Company may not request any fees from the Client before the approval of this consultancy and/or intermediary service contract. If, for any reason, the Client pays any fees to the Company before the official signing of the contract, and if such payment is identified, the Company will refund the amount to the Client.

Note 1-4-3: The Company’s scope of work is limited to consultancy and/or intermediary services related to embassy and consulate matters and has no authority to evaluate, accept, reject, or grant visas.
